Shipping and Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’ll be happy to offer you a full refund of your purchase price. You have 20 days from the delivery date to return or exchange an item.

To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Custom items including framed documents, original artwork, and perishable goods are non-returnable.

To return an item(s), please follow these steps:

1. Place item(s) in a shipping box.

2. Indicate customer name, order number, reason for the return, and whether you are requesting a refund, replacement, or exchange.

Original and return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are typically processed within 48 business hours of receipt. Because the Virginia Air & Space Center is not responsible for returned merchandise which may become lost in-transit, please consider tracking and insuring your package.
