All emails might be marked as virus.

This problem is due to a problem with the download of the virus definitions which apparently were corrupted.

To solve this do the following:

On the RaQ XTR, RaQ550 or Qube3 go to the GUI interface and in the AV-Suite tab click on "Update AV-definitions now". That will download the virus definitions again which are by now fixed.

On the RaQ3 or RaQ4 please login to the server by SSH or Telnet as admin and do the following:

su -
(enter your admin/root password)
cd /etc/cron.daily
./kavupdater

The updater asks you two questions. Answer them with "n" (for no) and "y" (for yes) in that order.

All newer AV-Suites (version 3.04, 3.05 or 3.06) are not affected as they do not use Kaspersky anymore.
