Communications Consulting Have performed data communications network
design studies under General Services Administration (GSA) and
Department of Defense (DOD) contracts. These design studies were
the basis for Request for Proposals for networking equipment and
services. For these studies, identified network components, surveyed
user requirments estimated network capacity from simulation software,
analysed alternative network designs.
Examples are:
· For US Customs Service, evaluated proposals and tested
the Consolidated Data Network.
· At Network Strategies, advised users on connecting to
the Internet
· At CRC, managed a staff of seven consultants

Bell Atlantic Data Services, AT&T, Chipcom, AR Telenex and
other major manufacturers' services and products.
